A little landlocked county in the England's East Midlands region, the county of Rutland has an area of just one hundred and forty seven sq miles and a populace of only 37,600. The county borders Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, Rutland has sixteen electoral wards and it is represented by twenty six councillors.
