Costa Blanca Review - A coastal region in the south-east of Spain, completely within the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community, the Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends for some 250 km and has approximately seventy four beaches. The region attracts many millions of visitors each year and features several well loved resorts such as Santa Pola, Benidorm and Moraira. There are just two cities on the Costa Blanca, Alicante and Elche (Elx). The name translates as "White Coast", which was first coined in the 1950's.
