A small landlocked county within the England's East Midlands region, Rutland has an area of only one hundred and forty seven sq miles and a populace of only 37,600. It is bordered by Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire, it's got sixteen electoral wards and it is represented by 26 local councillors.
