Suffolk England - Positioned to the north-east of The city of London, the rural county of Suffolk is within the region of The UK known as East Anglia. The county incorporates a land area of 1,466 square miles and has a population of about 0.73 million. The county is bounded by the counties of Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, the capital town is Ipswich, while other major towns include Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Newmarket, Felixstowe and Lowestoft.
